1. What Chleia is

Chleia is vendor-first market intelligence for comparing local markets. It helps vendors review practical details such as booth fees, upcoming dates, locations, and vendor experiences before deciding where to apply.

2. Information we collect

• Account information, such as your name and email address.
• Profile information you provide, such as a business or organization name, vendor type, website, Instagram handle, and description.
• Market submissions, including organizer details, dates, fees, locations, descriptions, and uploaded images.
• Reviews, ratings, comments, tags, and whether you choose to post a review anonymously.
• Markets you save or shortlist.
• Basic technical and log information provided by hosting, authentication, storage, and security services when you use Chleia.

3. How we use information

• Operate and maintain Chleia.
• Show published market listings, host information, and vendor reviews.
• Review and moderate market submissions and reviews.
• Personalize your shortlist and dashboard.
• Understand how the product is used and improve it.
• Prevent abuse and protect the platform.

4. Public content and anonymous reviews

Published reviews and approved market submissions may appear publicly. If you choose an anonymous review, your name is hidden from the public review. Chleia may still keep the review linked to your account internally for moderation, safety, and abuse prevention.

5. Third-party services

Chleia uses service providers to run the product. These currently include Supabase for database, authentication, and storage services, Google OAuth if you choose Google sign-in, and Vercel or another hosting provider for the web application. Providers may process information according to their own privacy terms. Chleia may use additional providers as the product evolves.

6. Data sharing

Chleia does not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers needed to operate the product. We may also disclose information if required by law or when reasonably needed to protect users, the platform, or the public.

7. Data retention

Account, profile, review, submission, and shortlist data may be kept while your account or the related listing exists. Some records may be retained when reasonably needed for moderation, safety, legal, or operational purposes. You can contact Chleia to request changes or deletion.

8. Security

Chleia uses reasonable safeguards to protect information. No online system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Changes and contact
